Omni replaces the Claim 360° and Your Way apps, providing a consolidated platform for accessing all your group plans and a diverse range of services:

  • Submit claims effortlessly without the need for paperwork or forms.
  • Display your payment card conveniently on your screen.
  • Locate healthcare professionals efficiently.
  • Manage direct deposits and monitor your health spending account balance.
  • Access various features tailored to your specific plan.
• Group retirement savings
  • Quickly and easily enroll in your group retirement savings program.
  • Plan for the future by setting savings objectives and selecting beneficiaries.
  • Choose investment options that suit your preferences.
  • Contribute to your savings at any time and make withdrawals within plan allowances.
  • Review statements, account details, and returns conveniently.

Setting up Omni:

• For Group insurance: Have your contract and certificate numbers ready from your payment card or insurance certificate.
• For Group savings plan: Ensure you have the group number and plan member or employee number found on your financial statement or provided by your plan sponsor.

Prior to using the app for the first time, acquaint yourself with the terms of use. You can log in using fingerprint or facial biometrics or your password. Note that certain app features may differ based on your plan details or location.
